25th Anniversary: OCS Honors Oliver Kraushaar

On Monday, May 4, 2026, Oliver Kraushaar was honored for his 25 years of service at OCS Optical Control Systems GmbH in front of the production hall amid beautiful spring weather.

As head of Sales for our Raw Materials Inspection division, he is now one of the company’s fifteen employees who can look back on a quarter-century of service.

In his speech, Managing Director Merdan Sariboga paid special tribute to Oliver Kraushaar’s impressive professional career. His career at OCS began in production, then led him to the service department, which he later took over as head of this devision. With great dedication and commitment, he eventually made the move to sales, where he now serves as Head of Sales of the Raw Materials Inspection division.

“Regardless of the position he holds, he is reliable and always does his job well… we are very satisfied and proud to have such loyal, long-standing employees in our company,” Merdan emphasized.

With the customary gift basket and a check, the management team warmly thanked Oliver Kraushaar for 25 years of loyalty, tireless dedication, and outstanding commitment.

The fact that more than ten percent of OCS employees have now been with the company for over 25 years underscores once again the strong sense of loyalty and continuity within the company.
