Offline Tape Tester (OTT100)

The OCS Offline Tape Tester (OTT100) is a compact, cabinet-integrated optoelectronic inspection system for quality testing of polymer films. The system is based on the technology of the established OCS Film Surface Analyzer FSA100V2 and was specifically designed for flexible offline use.

The OTT100 enables the precise analysis of materials that are difficult or impossible to extrude without the need for a running extrusion line. To do this, the polymer film sample is first wound onto factory-supplied cores (up to 10 meters in length) and processed directly in the OTT100.

Thanks to the optimized system design and minimized mechanical dead travel, users can obtain meaningful and highly reproducible measurement results starting with a sample length of just 2 meters.
