Official ground-breaking ceremony for our new headquarters

Yesterday was finally the day: the official ground-breaking ceremony for our new company headquarters on the Mark 51°7 site in Bochum marked the ceremonial start of a special project in the history of OCS.

Together with our project partners Otto Quast GmbH, Runkel Bau GmbH and msp architekten GmbH, representatives of Bochum Perspektive GmbH and numerous other participants, we celebrated this important milestone.

Under slightly cloudy skies but in high spirits, management, partners and guests picked up their spades.

This symbolic act marked the official start of construction of our new, modern company headquarters:A building that stands for innovation, sustainability and future orientation.

The new building is the next logical step for us, following the strong growth our company has experienced in recent years.

The new home of OCS will not only be a functional workplace for our employees, but also a place for meeting, collaboration and inspiration. Modern architecture, efficient building technology and sustainable construction combine to create a location that reflects our commitment to quality and progress.
