25 years at OCS – Ralf Oelgemüller celebrates his anniversary

On 16th October 2025, Ralf Oelgemüller celebrated his 25th anniversary at OCS Optical Control Systems GmbH.
As with all anniversaries, the staff gathered in the production hall at 12:15 a.m. to celebrate this special occasion together.

Ralf has been shaping the company’s small equipment department for over 25 years now.
During this time, he has made a significant contribution to the development, construction and successful commissioning of numerous devices from the PS25C and PT2C to OHM, OGM and FTM to PS200C, LA20, PTM, PS400C and PS800C.
Today, Ralf works in acceptance testing (AT) for small appliances. With his experience and expertise, he tests the manufactured appliances, including the PS800C, before they are delivered, ensuring that our customers always receive the highest quality.

In his speech, our CEO, Merdan Sariboga, emphasised how valuable the people at OCS are, our real capital, and highlighted Ralf as a perfect example of this. He joked that anyone who had stayed at OCS for 25 years would show that the company wasn’t doing everything wrong. He also emphasised that we had survived every crisis because we could rely 100% on employees like Ralf. With a wink, he also noted that anyone who has made it through 25 years at OCS should have no problem making it through 50. Ralf humorously replied that he would no longer be climbing the stairs to his office.
Merdan countered with a laugh that there would be a lift in the new building, so Ralf’s argument was invalid.
