Project management

We control our projects with professional project management tools like Primavera or Microsoft Project. On request we implement any software required to meet the clients’ needs.


OCS Lab takes care of complete Procurement and Delivery of the Analytical Packages:

– Clarification of all technical details and configurations with the manufacturers

– Incoming Inspection at OCS site (visual as well as functional tests wherever possible)

– Interim storage until the site is ready for installation

- Up-to-date-reports for our client and a flexible handling




OCS arranges and supervises a comprehensive and individual logistical package:

– Tagging and marking of each item,

-Follow-up and tracking of each box and container in order to deliver each instrument to its dedicated building, storey, room and bench

– Proper packing for Sea / Air Freight as per international standards.

– Delivery to customer site incl. insurance

– Customs clearance including all required export / import documentation

– Storage at customer site on demand

During the entire process the OCS Team will manage everything and keep you updated. Our extended Service is the easiest and best way for our clients to achieve a successful Project with just one single partner.


During construction phase we install a site office and a local project team, led by the OCS Resident Site Engineer to provide gapless support for our client:

-Follow-up and speed up on the progress of the project

-Arrangement and coordination of all logistical requirements for importation

-Administration required for the construction site including local permits and import




Installation and commissioning of the Analytical Instruments and Laboratory equipment at site will be arranged through OCS Lab Specialists and manufacturers’ representatives. For each instrument a commissioning report will be compiled to be signed by the OCS representative and the customer.
