By integrating the OCS Pellet Transport System (PTS), it transforms into an online laboratory. The PTS provides automatic transport of representative pellet or powder samples directly from the production line into the OLPA\u00ae , transforming manual checks into a streamlined, automated workflow, and transferring the data continuously into the Plant Control Room (DCS)<\/p>\n<p>The OLPA\u00ae are precisely configured to the customer&#8217;s specific quality parameters and needs. OCS integrates advanced optical, chemical, and physical measurement systems to analyse critical product properties directly on site.
