Step 5: Training and Service



Training is provided by experienced professionals in the fields of covering operation, maintenance and trouble shooting. They will guide the operators of the client in classroom or hands-on through all the related procedures and help them to acquire the new technology. We arrange on-site training as well as advanced courses at manufacturers’ sites. We help to fine-tune procedures and to develop models and test methods.


After the completion of the training phase OCS supports the client during start-up:

• Feed-back and improvement processes to drive for continuous improvement

• Training in operation, maintenance and trouble shooting

• If required we arrange an OCS independent inspection certificate for the laboratory

• We help to certify the new lab to ISO 17025

• Plant start-up support in the lab, i.e. installation of a task force to run critical analytical tests required in this phase

• Extension of the standard warranty period of 12 months
