Many aspects are involved in planning a total laboratory package. First of all the clients’ needs and wishes have to be defined and, concerning to an efficient aim realisation, they have to finalise. Many years of experience and participation in fitting out some of the biggest laboratories world-wide make our consultants to highly competent experts for discussing and fine adjustment of individual solutions and special customer requirements.

After several iterations with experts a proposition is made to the client. Upon the announcement of the tender by the customer, OCS prepares the related documentation and calculates a total price for a bid.

Configuration of laboratory operation

OCS attaches great importance to the configuration of laboratory organisation. Our target in this step is to support our customers in optimising the future workflow: short ways, thematically linked laboratory parts which are geared to the processes and sample sequences.

Avoiding laboratory over-allocation is an important topic. OCS strives for an ideal solution of needs and significant technologies, with consideration to laboratory purpose and according to the appointed budget.
