Excellent pellet and powder quality
The pellet and powder analysers on the following sites belong to the great variety of raw material quality control systems of the OCS product range. As laboratory systems they are used for the quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) of the pellets and powder, as on-line systems they monitor the polymer quality during the production and improve the process control.
Product range
They are all equipped with high resolution cameras an special lighting systems to ensure the best possible pellet purity and form as well as the best possible powder consistency, furthermore they are fit out with the remote control appliance, which allows controlling the unit from a distance.
