In 2005 OCS won the German Innovation Price for their successful introduction of outstanding innovation and their business conception.
They have determined to establish new technologies, devise innovative ideas and extend the high-tech equipment.
OCS has a unique selling point in the world market. By the progress of different processes of quality control for the production of polymers both in the petrochemistry and with processors, OCS became successful and an evergrowing market leader.
Its measuring method became the standard for the quality control in the plastics industry.

New product:
Laboratory Cast and Blown Film Lines

including Gel Count, IR Spectroscopy, Haze, Gloss, Viscosity Measurement. The lines are downsized from production to laboratory purposes. They are very easy to handle and the film quality is excellent. These units are sold more than 200 times and it is the Polymer Industry Standard.

New product:
Pellet Analyser PSSA

for controlling the contaminations of raw material, the size and shape distribution (identification of doubles or triples), the color and the appearance of angel hair and dust to monitor the cutting process. Additionally the bulk density is available.

New product:
Sediment Analyser SA80

for checking diluted powder for contamination, false colors and foreign objects. Contamination will be detected only if it appears several times at the same position within the inspection area. Thus an exact counting of defects is guaranteed.
