2004 New products have been developed:
  • Pellet Analyser PSSA for controlling the contaminations of raw material, the size and shape distribution (identification of doubles or triples), the color and the appearance of angel hair and dust to monitor the cutting process. Additionally the bulk density is available.
  • Powder Analyser SA80 for checking diluted powder for contamination, false colors and foreign objects. Contamination will be detected only if it appears several times at the same position within the inspection area. Thus an exact counting of defects is guaranteed.
  • Liquid Analyser LA20 for quality control of discolouration and inhomogenities of fluent material by means of variable lighting techniques, e. g. polarised light, or diffuse light or parallet light etc.

Exhibitions:

  • T-Plast 2004, Bangkok, Thailand
  • Chinaplast, Shanghai, China
  • K’2004 Show, Düsseldorf, Germany
  • Plastics USA, Chicago, USA
